You can take at least 13 free tours every day of the year, except the New Year Day, July 4th, and the Christmas Day. Come on down and swing along to the best jazz the Big Apple has to offer, with musician Pete Malinverni. “Audacious and exquisite.” - The Village Voice Pete Malinverni has performed locally at Carnegie Hall, Symphony Space, and the Village Vanguard to name but a few, as well as traveled the world giving proof to the statement “passionate music is indeed the universal language”. He is listed in Leonard Feather’s Encyclopedia of Jazz and has 16 critically acclaimed recordings to his name as a leader in piano solo, trio, quartet, quintet, big band, and choir formats. This performance features Juliet Kurtzman, violin.

Classical Music | Musical Expedition across the Silk Road (In Person AND Online!)


In their musical encounter, musicians Ran Wang, guzheng, and Annette Bauer, reorders, pipe and tabor, sarode, percussion, and duduk, traverse the Silk Road from East to West. Their journey invites the audience along a geographical route from China via India to Italy. Together, they weave through different historical periods by presenting music from the ancient Han dynasty (200BC–9AD) to music from the emerging Renaissance in Europe.
