Mind, Body, Roll brings yoga and mental health training to you with Steph Reid & Skate Mind-supporting holistic community care. Led by yoga instructor Steph Reid and the New School's team behind Skate Mind, this weekly program offers a space to stretch, breathe, talk, and reset—whether you're a skater, a parent, a local resident, or just passing through. Sessions include accessible yoga, guided conversation around mental health (with a focus on skater wellness), and moments to connect with others in the space. All are welcome. No prior experience needed, come as you are. Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Don't forget to bring water to stay hydrated and sunscreen if it's a sunny day. Yoga mats are provided.
