Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese meditative practice that combines slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of qi (life force) within the body and enhance overall health. Workshop | Kayaking and Community Rowing


Get out on the water for kayaking and community rowing! No training or prior experience is needed. Bring clothes you don't mind getting wet, and shoes or sandals suitable for walking on a rocky beach. The only requirement is that you know how to swim. All equipment is provided free. Please note that there will be some variation in times due to tide conditions. Kayaking and canoeing will be inside a protected cove. Rowing will be in a group rowboat with an experienced guide. Children under 18 must have an adult guardian present.
