Pianist and composer Steve Sandberg will mix performances from the solo piano repertoire, including Debussy, Liszt, Schubert, with his original compositions. Michael O'Brien (bass) and Rudy Royston (drums) will accompany on the original pieces and the expansive improvisations which draw from Latin, African, Balkan, and East Indian traditions.
