Another example of an event that you can attend all year round on weekdays is Federal Reserve Bank Tour, which takes place every week day at 1 pm (but advanced reservations are required). You can take at least 13 free tours every day of the year, except the New Year Day, July 4th, and the Christmas Day. City Walk | Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo Tour


This is a 3-hour tour that begins with a walk over the Brooklyn Bridge, an icon of New York City for over 125 years, with spectacular views of Manhattan and Brooklyn. The tour then moves on to a stroll of Brooklyn Heights, America’s and New York City’s first suburb. The tour then explores the neighborhood DUMBO before ending at the Fulton Ferry landing.

Workshop | Shift Your Perspective and Change Your Life


In this 90-minute interactive workshop, participants will have the opportunity to become clear on the areas in their lives where they're not currently satisfied. These areas are indicators of where to focus attention in order to achieve a better balance in life. Using a tool called the Wheel of Life, participants are invited to assess and identify 8 areas where they'd most like to make changes, including: Friends and Family; Significant Other; Personal Growth; Fun and Leisure; Home Environment; Career; Money; and Health. After participants complete the exercise, a facilitated group discussion will offer tactics for taking steps to make the desired changes. Facilitator Emily Rubin is a certified professional co-active coach who was trained at and certified by one of the top life coaching institutes in the country. She is also a social worker and received her degree from Hunter College School of Social Work. She has been a life coach since 2014, and has coached with clients from around the country and around the world.
