Workshop | Ribbon Dance Class (in-person)


Combine cardio with artistry as you wave long ribbons in the air to create rainbows, waterfalls, dragons and ocean waves. Ribbon Dancing is as visually stunning as it is fun and easy to learn! All ages and skill levels are welcome. A face covering is required. Attendance is capped to allow for safe distancing. Ribbons will be available to borrow, and will be sanitized between classes, but participants can also bring their own ribbons, or wear gloves.

Opening Reception | Sculptures: Gravity, Space, and Time (in-person)


Sculptor Alyson Shotz investigates concepts of space, light, perception and gravity with sculptures made from a range of materials such as mirror, glass beads, plastic lenses, thread, steel wire and more. Shotz's work is included in the permanent collections of The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in NY, The Guggenheim Bilbao in Spain, The Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington D.C., The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, The Whitney Museum of American Art, The Yale University Art Gallery, among others.
