You can take at least 13 free tours every day of the year, except the New Year Day, July 4th, and the Christmas Day. When Victor Herbert was named president of the Friends of Irish Freedom in March 1916, few could have predicted that the bon vivant composer of favorite American operettas would emerge as the spokesperson for Irish independence in the weeks before the Easter Rising in Ireland.
