You can take at least 13 free tours every day of the year, except the New Year Day, July 4th, and the Christmas Day. Instructor Siewli Stark leads a 1-hour session of beginner yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat for this class. This session will explore Qigong. Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breath awareness, and focused intention to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. In this class, participants will slow down and tune into the natural rhythm of our bodies, learning simple standing or seated exercises to support vitality, reduce stress, and improve emotional balance. Qigong is accessible to all ages and fitness levels, and no experience is necessary. Siewli Stark is a bodyworker who specializes in using embodied practices to help others feel more connected to their bodies, health, and well-being. Broadway Barks is hosting the 27th annual star-studded dog and cat adoption event. The event features adoptable animals from NYC area adoption agencies and rescue groups along with Broadway's biggest names who use their star power to help them find loving homes. The event begins at 3 p.m. with a 'meet and greet' of all the adoptable pets; from 5-6:30 p.m. adoptees make their Broadway debut on stage alongside some of Broadway's favorite stars for the celebrity presentations. Proceeds from the event benefit the participating shelters and rescue groups.

Each performer attempts to share their tales, the scarring curiosity of the unknown, and the haunting sensations that come as a consequence of their actions. This performance is a part of the Run AMOC* Festival at Lincoln Center, celebrating the American Modern Opera Company's audacious creativity and intimate approach to storytelling. The multi-Latin GRAMMY-winner is gentle and earnest– a down-to-earth pop star with serious starpower. Ela Taubert took home the Latin GRAMMY last year for Best New Artist—her latest LP Preguntas a Las 11:11 sees her channel the drama of Adele with Miley Cyrus’ rebel spirit. Guitarricadelafuente is a Spanish singer-songwriter from Barcelona who made his name covering songs on Instagram that he recorded on his PlayStation; his debut LP La Cantera reworked classic traditions like jotas and bandurrias with an experimental edge.
