Studio owners Katherine and Kimberly Corp help you target the deep muscles of the abdomen to and spine to build a strong body from the inside out. The hour-long class is paced for an energetic workout and open to all skill and age levels. Some mats will be provided, but class participants are encouraged to bring their own.
