Classical Music | The Best of Tanglewood Music Festival

This event features the Boston Symphony, Boston Pops, and Tanglewood Music Center orchestras, as well as James Taylor, the Tanglewood Festival Chorus and Boston Symphony Children's Choir, under the direction of Andris Nelsons, Keith Lockhart, John Williams, and James Burton, among others. Set up your picnics at home and share some of the best moments of the festival over the years!

Workshop | Sunrise Yoga At The Waterfront (in-person)

Join Abhaya Yoga for a socially-distanced sunrise yoga class that integrates postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition. Please bring your own mat. Learn about the world famous Flatiron Building, and other notable architectural icons, including New York Life Insurance Building and the MetLife Clock Tower from 1909. Discover where the first Madison Square Garden was located, and learn about the evolution and transformation of one of our country's most recognizable neighborhoods. Virtual participants can interact with the guide throughout the tour and will be able to ask questions during the Q & A session at the end.

Opera | Met Opera: Verdi’s Rigoletto

Michael Mayer’s acclaimed production sets the action of Verdi’s masterpiece in 1960 Las Vegas—a neon-lit world ruled by money and ruthless powerful men. Piotr Beczała is the Duke, a popular entertainer and casino owner who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Željko Lučić sings Rigoletto, his sidekick and comedian, and Diana Damrau is Rigoletto’s innocent daughter, Gilda. When she is seduced by the Duke, Rigoletto sets out on a tragic course of murderous revenge. Štefan Kocán is the assassin Sparafucile and Michele Mariotti conducts.
