You will leave feeling more flexible, relaxed, energized, with a mantra that you can carry with you throughout the week. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and they do have some if you need to borrow one for the class. Also bring a journal and something to write with. You will be writing a few times during the class, and if you prefer to sketch or want to do both, that is fine. Wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring a warm or cool drink to keep you hydrated (with a secure lid). All levels are welcome. If you have never done yoga you will be able to participate as well.

more >> are free sessions that include a basic introduction to rowing for first timers (safety orientation, rowing technique, and terminology) and of course plenty of actual rowing on the Hudson River. The rows take place in five-person wooden rowboats built on site. The rows last, depending on river conditions and crew experience, between one and three hours. Please arrive on-time as the crews will be assigned before 1PM. Bring extra water, a hat, and sunscreen as you will be rowing outdoors in the hot sun. Rowing is weather dependent and will be canceled for high winds, rain, or thunderstorms. All participants must sign a waiver and be able to climb a ladder. Every Sunday from June 10-October 21, 2018.

In New Mass Dance, achugar creates a site-specific procession inspired by the New Dance Group, a 1930s modern dance collective that taught classes near Times Square promoting social change through movement. In scape, Berg overlays a landscape of information over live performance via 3-D glasses, exploring Times Square as not just a place of spectacle and traffic but of visual messaging. Full Circle Souljahs' Behind the Groove is an homage to street and club dance trends from the '70s to today, giving visibility to an underground dance community long associated with Times Square.
