The Whiskey Rebellion contains six members dedicated to making a roof-shaking joyful hodgepodge of honky-tonk, jump blues, and rock 'n' roll. Dock Oscar & The Ambassadors of Love with Charlie Shaw, Gary Keenan, Shakey Dave and Ebie Carter is a full-pedal, old-syle string band. Putting together the finest aspects of folk music of yore: murder ballads, gospel, fiddle breakdowns, tight harmony duets and bluegrass standards.

Concert | Eidolon, experimental music


Eidolon, a 12 member acoustic ensemble, will present compositions they have been developing. All five spaces of the bank vault in the basement level rehearsal space will be used; one composition, written by an ensemble member, assigned to each room. Sound will overlay, shift, and at times pause, as performers travel through each space and interact with timbers reflected in each space. A few timed sections during the three-hour concert will be designated for a tutti section, where all performers gather to play a single piece.
