Classes will be sequenced in a way that leads the practitioner to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Modifications to ease or advance a posture will be offered to students throughout the class, as well as thoughtful suggestions for alignment, technique, and self-inquiry. The closing asanas will focus on calming the body and mind, incorporating breathing techniques, body scans, and guided meditation.
