Guests are invited to learn Martha Graham's famous technique through the Jerome Robbins Dance Division's audio and moving image collection and the movement styles shown on the screen. Special guest speakers use material from the collection to lead movement workshops highlighting the history of the technique, focusing on the one developed by Martha Graham. Dance Division staff conclude the workshop with instruction on how to use the research catalog and access the materials shown during the workshop. No prior dance experience required.

A one-hour concert featuring original dances created and performed by an ensemble of New York City teens. Pieces feature original music by professional composers, in addition to live percussion by Music Director, William Catanzaro. Seasonal Fire, a signature work by Milton Myers, which premiered in 1994, will be re-staged for Young Dancemakers Company as a tribute to the Horton technique. Jazz | Latin Grammy Ambassador/Emerging Vocalist Lights Up the Stage with Sounds of Latin American Folkloric Traditions & Contemporary Jazz
Born in Colombia and raised in The Bronx, Manuela Sánchez Goubert, a rising star vocalist, composer, and producer, takes the stage. Her work intermingles the sound of Latin American folkloric traditions with contemporary jazz. Her lyrics explore identity, home, and the complex dialogue between traditional and modern music-making. Sánchez Goubert is a Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation Ambassador and a 2024 Leading Ladies of Entertainment mentee. She is also a recipient of a DownBeat Award. Her debut album, 2024's Raíces, deftly laces the vast world of Latin American folk music with jazz improvisation and passionate melody. For her headlining Lincoln Center debut, Sánchez Goubert will present songs from Raíces and her forthcoming sophomore album. There are two ways to access this event: 1. An unidentified figure appears in the road-view footage of Salmokji Reservoir, a place long haunted by strange rumors—despite never having been captured on camera before.
